Accessibility: AMA's first floor is wheelchair accessible; please inform the guard at the front entrance to open the back doorway at the top of the ramp. There is a flight of winding stairs leading to the museum’s second floor. Restrooms are located on the second floor. -take I-66 into Washington, staying in center lane to arrive at Constitution Ave.
-turn left onto 18th Street. The museum is a half block up on the right, at the corner of Virginia Ave.
-take Georgia Ave into D.C.
-Georgia Ave becomes 7th Street, continue on 7th Street.
-turn right onto Constitution Ave.
-after passing 17th Street, turn right onto Virginia Ave
-after a half block, turn right immediately onto 18th Street. The museum is on your right.
Take the 18th street exit on Farragut West Metro Station, walk towards Constitution Avenue for about 6 blocks. We are on the corner of 18th and Virginia Avenue, just past C Street.
