THE EXHIBITION
Perhaps the title of this exhibition can be most easily explained as a reference to the best of the political commentary that Vladdo makes on the worst of current politics.

Vladdo was the recipient of the Journalists Award of Bogotá (1998), the Award of Excellence of the Society for News Design (1994), the Simón Bolívar National Award of Journalism (1996 and 1998) and the Award for Excellence of the Interamerican Society of the Press (2002).

Vladdo’s humorous depictions of figures and situations fo modern politics pertain to internal issues in his homeland of Colombia as well the United States, political campaigns and those surrounding the conflict in Afghanistan and the need for humanitarian aid.
